I'm very pleased with the workmanship from the team at Villasenor. The staff is courteous and work completed on-time and as expected. I'll be keeping their contact information and will hire them to help with many other home projects.Mar 31, 2017Verified
The best customer service. I contacted them and they were here within the hour! I hired a cheaper guy before them and he was here for 4 hours and messed things up more. They came in, corrected his mistakes and did it fast! We will only use them for all our future needs. Best money spent!Mar 31, 2017Verified
Very friendly and responsive. They did a great job performing the work, and were up front and honest when they ran into unexpected challenges.Jul 11, 2017
He did all the projects that I needed done at a very reasonable price. He understood the repairs were for the sell of my house and worked well with the time frame I was given. I would definitely use him in the future.Apr 14, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It depends on the Specifics of the Work. With limited information with lots of unknowns we typically do "Time & Materials." If the project is well defined, we can give a total cost bid, based on our experience. We also give volume discounts. The more your want done the lower the cost vs. a limited request has a minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? An exchange of contact info with an agreed upon time to meet in-person on-site to discuss the project. Based on the on-site exchange, a Proposal-Contract is emailed to the client with a written description of the specific work to be done and total cost. A signed contract & a down payment are required to begin work. The project is reviewed with the client & VE personnel before considering the job complete. A Final Invoice for the Balance of the Cost is emailed to the client. Once the payment has been received, a Paid-In-Full Receipt is emailed to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Licensed Realtor, Study New & Existing Construction & Continuous Research of New Technologies/Products, Continue to Perfect Construction Techniques in the Shop based on the concept of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
