- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the Specifics of the Work. With limited information with lots of unknowns we typically do "Time & Materials." If the project is well defined, we can give a total cost bid, based on our experience. We also give volume discounts. The more your want done the lower the cost vs. a limited request has a minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An exchange of contact info with an agreed upon time to meet in-person on-site to discuss the project. Based on the on-site exchange, a Proposal-Contract is emailed to the client with a written description of the specific work to be done and total cost. A signed contract & a down payment are required to begin work. The project is reviewed with the client & VE personnel before considering the job complete. A Final Invoice for the Balance of the Cost is emailed to the client. Once the payment has been received, a Paid-In-Full Receipt is emailed to the customer.
