- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quotes based on the project, instead of the time. We provide the most accurate quotes we can and will let you know the day of the cleaning if we think that quote would be different based on the condition of your home. We will always do our best to work within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a quick quote through Thumbtack and if you agree with that quote, you will receive a phone call so we can get more details on your home and setup a date.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of people from all walks of life, varying degrees of cleanliness, LGBTQ, Elderly, Families, Single Men/Women, etc.
