Chief construction came out and got my fireplace running in no time. This occur after I had a company previously come out and say it was broken and I needed a $3600 replacement. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity that Chief provides. I would definitely use them again. That other company not so much - integrity matters

These guys were awesome. The time in which they got back to you was unreal, it was like they were about ready to reach out to you! Haha jokes aside they. Are. On It. I believe I reached out and they responded same day within the hour. Pictures definitely help because they were able to accurately assess the problem and give a not ok, not good, not alright, but a freaking great and fair estimate. And to me what that speaks to is an exceptional trait that many people lack today. The ability to step outside of themselves and think about someone else. Care about someone else. Understanding that times are hard for everyone and money don’t come around easy, usually takes a 40 hr week day and most of the time more than that. They weren’t driven by greed or trying to come up off of one job; they saw what needed to be done and did just that without trying to get their pockets fat like most of the guys I had reached out too. Great company, great work, great people. I know who to contact should something else arise in the future, and I know who to send my friends, family, and strangers to should masonry ever come up or not come up in a conversation. Thank you all for your time and work, really do appreciate it!

Jordan and his team came out to do some work on my chimney. They did a great job and actually did more than was expected. While at my house, Jordan brought some other things to my attention (not pushy or even looking to do the work, just making me aware). I asked if they were jobs they could do and if I could get a quote for the work. After receiving the quote and comparing it to another quote I'd previously gotten for one of the jobs, I was happy to have them back out to install gutter guards and seal a few spots in my foundation. They got me in quickly and were back the following week to complete the job. Both times, Jordan and his team arrived when expected, were respectful, completed the job as expected or better, and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan even sent me pictures of the work once it was completed since I was working while they were on site. I would definitely call Jordan again and have already referred him to a family member!
