I contacted Ricotta early on day 2 of 3 consecutive days of temperatures over 100 degrees. Alan promptly responded to my request providing the most competitive quote for service. I provided my address and as he said, he texted and called when he was on his way. He repaired my issue and did a clean and check. No pressure to do any additional work that was not needed. Also gave me several tips to keep my system in the best working order. I will call him to do a check on my furnace when fall gets here.

Alan from Ricotta quickly answered my request on Thumbtack for A/C repair. He came out on a Sunday to look at my furnace and A/C unit as neither were working. He quickly diagnosed a bad transformer on the furnace and had the parts needed for the repair. Everything waa fixed and my A/C and furnace are back up and running smoothly. Very professional and great service. He knows his business. Happy customer!
