Alan from Ricotta quickly answered my request on Thumbtack for A/C repair. He came out on a Sunday to look at my furnace and A/C unit as neither were working. He quickly diagnosed a bad transformer on the furnace and had the parts needed for the repair. Everything waa fixed and my A/C and furnace are back up and running smoothly. Very professional and great service. He knows his business. Happy customer!

Alen was very quick to respond and willing to get my AC unit back up and running quickly. He was very detailed in his description of the repair. And he also recommended a future repair to remedy the leak in my AC. I will definitely use Alen for future HVAC repairs.

Received a quote 5 mins after I submitted my request. Called and talked to Alan at 11:00 and was told he would meet me in 45 mins. Alan arrived when he said he would. Cleaned my unit, installed a capacitor and was gone in 45 mins. Job well done.
