Introduction

We're Tom and Amy, husband and wife team, and we're here to offer you quality honest work from people you can depend on. We launched Land Electric, L.L.C. in early 2021; However, Tom has over 25 years of electrical experience and can do just about whatever you're residential electrical needs are. In addition, he has cleared all background checks, which we will provide upon request. Amy has a B.A. in business administration. As partners in both business and life we decided owning and running our own company is a better fit for us and our children. Land Electric, L.L.C. does quality work at affordable pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we schedule a "walk through" so Tom can go to the job site, take a look around, take notes and if necessary work on and send over an estimate. There have been plenty of circumstances that Tom was able to get the work done at time of arrival, which is why he always comes prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom's first formal training came with a degree from ITT followed by over 25 years of electrical experience. In addition, he also passed the Master Electricians Exam and we are currently working with the county to get our formal electrical license.
