- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our first priority is to get to know the homeowner and what his/her wants/needs are. We like to educate the homeowners on our process and about JH Exteriors. We provide them with all the details they need and continue to provide them throughout the entire process. We keep great communication via phone and email to keep the homeowners up to speed. Our goal is to make the homeowners feel excited about there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, a part of every ones role at JH Exteriors is to continue education and to read up on the latest materials and or installation processes. At JH Exteriors education is our backbone and we strive to learn new things so that we can intern, educate our homeowners.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly do Roofs, Siding, Gutters and Fascia and Soffit and a ton of storm damage. Homeowners who are currently filing a claim or looking to file a claim.
