My repair was made quickly and inexpensively but everyday- weeks now, I reported the sound of a 3 ring binder and sent video. He said he’d come over. The only reason I believe I was able to get a call back was that I called from a different number. I am disabled and the repair was made in my room. I am 100% bed confined at this point so for weeks now- 24 hours a day I hear this sound ever 20 seconds. I probably shouldn’t have rated him as high as I did. Initially things were okay. There’s a separate issue but aftercare and follow through on promises is a zero. I waited and waited to review. I have to pay to have someone else come in not to fix something I feel should have already been addressed

Our phone lines stopped working for our landline phone system. Another company came out, noted how the lines ran from inside our house to a no longer necessary box outside the house and back in again, and how many lines we had (10 in all, a number of which were no longer used). He declined the job, thinking it was too complicated and would cost us too much. Ryan Pace sent us Zack, who was not daunted, but cheerfully ran us new lines to the landline phone direct from the phone block, thereby bypassing the entire problem without costing us a fortune. Our phone now has 3 lines working, including one I hadn't realized we were still paying for, and without all the crackling and dropouts we used to have. We are very satisfied!
