Responded right away and was able to come out within a few days. He made the extra trips to the store to pick up the needed supplies and even offered to repair anything else minor that I needed worked on. Would recommend.

We were so pleased with Bob's work. I had purchased a very large (48" x 36") piece of canvas artwork to hang over our stairwell last December without thinking about how it would be hung (and something Santa's elves, magic wishes, husband or son will do). I had forgotten about Thumbtack until I saw an ad on the NextDoor app. I immediately put a project out there and Bob's name popped up. He was very responsive and we set up a time for him to see the location to be hung for a free estimate. He was able to then assess which equipment and supplies would be needed for the job. His quote was very fair and reasonable. He came out the following week to hang out art. He was thorough in his measurements and verified the placement with me prior to finalizing the job. We are so pleased to finally have the picture hung! It was worth the 7 month wait!

With my indoor cycling bike, I need the right crank arm replaced. I never would have been able to do it myself, so I feel very fortunate to have found Bob. Although it was a challenging job, Bob got it done. He arrived right on time and got right to work. I would definitely call Bob again to assemble a piece of exercise equipment!
