Charlie Beis, the owner of Beis Plumbing, was proactive, friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator throughout my project, which involved several steps over several weeks. He offered a number of options and ideas for solving the plumbing problem I faced and went out of his way to make it work. Beis installed a water line for my new fridge. It took less than 2 hours and the rate was affordable. The technician (Chad) assessed the situation quickly and explained his plan, then was very efficient getting the job done. I really appreciated how he carefully prevented making a water mess, and cleaned up the work site after he was finished. Definitely plan to call Beis again for my next plumbing projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$35 service call and $60 an hour, so first hour is $95, and billed in 1/2 hours after at $30.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 hours a year is required by the city and county to renew your liscense wich takes 5-7years to obtain in the firat place!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
3rd generation, working with my fathers company throughout high school, during college, and ultimately after, it was an easy decision!!
