Mike appeared to be okay in the beginning before money was exchanged, as he progressed with finishing my basement I had some concerns and discussed these with him which I don't think he liked. Towards the last part of the job he changed. His work wasn't as neat and he had no concern with professionalism. He left light sockets dangling, fire alarm was removed, patches around the steps are unfinished and globs of mud all over my basement floor. The drywall is not flush in some spots and the drywall tape isn't hiding it. He stopped cleaning up after his self, he would walk through my main floor tracking so much mud that I will need to have my floors done. Days he did come he only worked for a couple hours or he would come for 1/2 hour then have an excuse to leave. I really feel he was upset that I wasn't going to continue business with him because I discovered he was up charging me and finishing the current job wasn't worth it anymore so he just walked out and quit after I spoke to him about trimming off excess drywall that was blocking a door from being hung. He refused to return my deposit I gave him and he hasn't answered my calls. I am going to have to pay someone else to finish the mess he made.
