Very professional and accommodating in their estimate for the work to be done and in their execution of the job. There was a major problem with the lawn from storm damage and they notified me about what needed to be done and then followed through.

Did exactly what they said they would do, and did it well. Very pleased with the mowing and edging of our yard. Service professionals were polite and hard-working, especially as the weather was poor and they had to work in a downpour. Am setting up monthly service of our yard with them.

They did a great job with lawn clean up, cleaning a lot of leaves off the deck, and cleaning out the gutters. They also quoted us a fair price for other work that needs to be done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Go to our website and use the contact us page to request service. Prices on Thumbtack are estimates only. We need to see the property to give an exact quote. When requesting service, put your address in the message area. This way we can measure your property online to get you an exact cost. If you enter your phone number in the message area, you will need to spell out the numbers. We do offer a discount for the elderly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to our website and use the contact us page to request service. We usually have a face to face meeting but not always. We like to evaluate the lawn to see what type of services are needed to keep it healthy and green. New clients can get Free Fertilizer the 1st season they start having us mow their lawn. Ask for details at lawnmowing.us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
