- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When the customer helps us out, we help them out. When it comes to things like packing and furniture disassembly/assembly, the less time we spend on it, the less it costs you. So if you already have things packed up and ready to be loaded, that's great! However, we are always more than happy to pack things up ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we connect, we will first go over the details regarding your job. Number of items, specialty items, origin, and destination and very important pieces of information to get you your quote (Pictures help!). If we have a representative nearby, we prefer to give in-person quotes so you get to talk to a real person instead of a phone number. We will give you your quote along with a written agreement, so if you approve the quote all you have to do is sign the agreement and we are good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each team member that works with us goes through our course regarding our professional expectations, safety when lifting and moving heavy items, and how to properly pack a truck to prevent injury and property damage.
