- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does not follow what the "going" price is. It's a fair price that I need to keep the business open and my family taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, visit with them for a few minutes, find out more information about the issue they called me for, and then take care of the situation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mostly on the job training along with classroom training.
