- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For re-stretching the pricing depends on the size of the room, whether there is furniture to move and how far I would have to travel to the job site. For patching it depends on the size of the area to repair and how far I would have to travel to the job site. Texting photos of the areas are always helpful to make that decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would first ask where the customer has a located. If they are located in an area that I service then I would ask if they need re-stretching or patching done, and for fotos of the areas. That typically would give me enough information to give them a quote, and if accepted we would book the job.
