KC Prestige HVAC is amazing! Waited all day for an appointment from another company that turned out to be a scam. After being scheduled for an 8:00-10:00 appointment online they never showed causing me to call and reschedule. Once rescheduled they came late in the day only to charge me an abundance of money and tell me it would be an additional $400 an hour of "diagnostics". After an hour and them telling me that it may take up to 4 more hours to diagnose and I should just replace my whole system, I sent them out the door and tried thumbtack that was recommended by my mom. I ended up scheduling with KC Prestige HVAC. Nick Eller responded promptly after using the app and was at my house within an hour. Nick shot it straight, informed me of what was going on step by step, and kept me updated on what he thought the problem was. He solved my issue within an hour and literally made my day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful company and employees in my opinion. I am very impressed by Nick and KC Prestige HVAC. Thank you!

These guys were super responsive. They were the most affordable out of all the estimates I got. I needed a new AC, a new furnace, and some pipes fixed. They were able to get me a great monthly payment and installation was done within a week! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much!!

After 20 years with an old unit, we needed an upgrade. Communication from day 1 was great, clear, we understood the options and didn’t feel pressured. We needed the work done right away and they were able to accommodate an install within a couple of days. We did shop around for pricing, these guys offered much better options for less. Clean and fast installation, feeling the big difference from what we had before. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks Nick and team!

Working with Nick was great! He showed up on time and immediately went to work on figuring out our AC issue. He explained everything he was doing as he went and was upfront on pricing.
