Cody was on time, very professional and prepared when he showed up to fix my AC unit. The air in my home was blowing out cold but it wasn’t getting cold enough to drop to the set temperature. Cody asked me questions then we went outside to look at the unit and discovered the coils were dirty and had plenty of grass covering it from getting my yard cut. He cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant levels which was fine, checked the air filter then tested the air temperature inside. He didn’t mind me asking questions to get a better understanding of how the unit works and how to maximize functionality. I will definitely hire KC Prestige HVAC in the future. Thanks Cody for a great experience!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I submitted a request for maintenance on Friday, and received a call literally within minutes! The appt was set for Monday. Cody arrived on time! Was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything he needed to do to get the job done (in a way that I could understand - someone with no HVAC knowledge)! The process was seamless.
