Introduction: I am passionate about helping hurting people, providing guidance and wise counsel, bringing about restoration, facilitating transformation, and mentoring people of all ages. I specialize in relationship counseling, marriages in crisis, and working with individuals who have experienced trauma or abuse. I also have a considerable amount of experience with career and business mentoring, work-life balance, self-care, and life coaching. I take a more wholistic approach to counseling, and believe that it's important to focus on balance in each of these different facets of life:

I believe that a biblical worldview is paramount in the counseling process, but also find that there are very useful tools and techniques in many of the counseling theories used today, therefore I take an integrative approach. If the client desires, I provide Christ-centered and solution-focused counseling based upon biblical hope and principles. My goal is to be both clinically descriptive and biblically prescriptive.
I love meeting and helping people of all ages, from different backgrounds, with different life experiences... quite simply, I love people. I find it truly rewarding helping others achieve their goals, and becoming the best versions of themselves.
