As a speaker and clinician, I bring together Eastern and Western medicine, lifestyle, science, philosophy, and leadership in fun, effective, powerfully healing, and illuminating ways. HEALTH, LEADERSHIP, & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING: Using insights and experiences in West Point, military service, and with integrative medicine, I help groups see the path to new opportunity. Together, we open doors, gain clarity, and start taking steps in exciting, healthy, and new directions. In my talks, I share the power of an integrative approach to problem solving, community, and teamwork. I tell real-life, amazing stories and give practical tools for immediate, positive, and lasting change. If you want your presentation to be interactive, I love it! If not, that's totally fine, too! I can lead visualizations and a teach gentle exercises, or I can offer on-site acupuncture treatments for pain and stress. In the past, I have given juicing demonstrations, taught breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve digestion, and taught facial muscle exercises to improve facial tone. Truth: laughter does make everything better! My goal is to meet your folks wherever they are at, share unique and specific tools to help them obtain their goals, and have a LOT of fun while doing it!! ACUPUNCTURE & INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE: If you need help with stress, pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, or complex, chronic disease, I would love to help. My health specialties are pain and complex issues like autoimmunity, insomnia, and anxiety/depression. Using a wise combination of integrative therapies, I help people of all ages get immediate pain relief and eliminate root issues. Working together, I help everyday people achieve "impossible" results. It is never too late! Approximately half of my patients see me for pain or chronic, complex health conditions. The other half of my patients see me for natural facial rejuvenation. I have multiple certifications in advanced levels of Constitutional Facial Acupuncture (R) and in biomesotherapy, or natural injection therapy. I love helping women (and men!) shine as their true, youthful spirit becomes reflected in their firmer, radiant, and youthful skin.
