I recommend Frank not only because of the wonderful job he does with remodeling but also because he is honest, trustworthy, and he is always considering about what's best for the client. Can you believe that about a constructor? Finding someone with those qualities was impossible but once I started working with Frank I realized there are people like that and Frank is one of them. He remodeled three of my properties and in every project Frank gave me advices that helped me save money. He is always searching and looking for the best choice for us. I have no words to describe how blessed I am to know I can count on him for everything. Not working with him is loosing an opportunity to know an honest and professional person.

I have been very impressed with the level of detail and craftsmanship that Frank has demonstrated over the several projects he worked on at my house. He's extremely knowledgeable in so many areas making it so much easier (and cheaper) than hiring different contractors to do different things. Frank is also very kind, honest and reliable. You will no be disappointed!

After our basement was flooded Frank Pieraldi came to our rescue. Floors are beautifully tiled, walls are repaired and painted, including replacing a better looking baseboard. Three new doors were installed as well as new ceiling fixtures so that our basement is better now than before the flood. You can count on Frank Pieraldi to be dependable, skilled, friendly and all at reasonable cost.

Its not complicated. Since every job is not identical, they all have their unique qualities that impact the scope of work. Typically, I price a job based on the hours of work to complete it by my hourly rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read, and research online, and attend courses that are directed at resourcing areas in remodeling that I have an interest in.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
That was decided when I built my own house. In five months we built a custom home that in our city took contractors 8-10 months to complete. This was a project that my wife and I endeavored on and it catapulted us into a decision that later changed the course of our lives. We realized how much we pleasure we got from fixing houses.
