Tim responded promptly to my initial request for a quote and he was very comprehensive in discussing my expectations and ensuring that his quote accurately reflected our expectations. Tim's crew was able to start fairly soon after we reached agreement on quote. The project was to frame up two walls and enclose a new basement bedroom and add a closet in the new bedroom. Tim's project leader Hugo was a pleasant professional and worked very hard on meeting our project goals. They picked up at the end of every day and kept a relatively tidy work area. I was especially impressed with Tim and Hugo working to match the old baseboard which was not available off the shelf now and made a perfect match. The project was finished in about a week and a good cleanup was done at the end. Tim and I did a walk through and came up with a punch list of items that needed corrected. I was impressed with Tim being willing to not only respect my requests for the punch list but also add a couple of things that weren't done to his liking and 'for not being up to his company's standards'. Great result and experience and I would certainly recommend Tim and his team.

We had a great experience with TMC Contracting refinishing and staining our three decks. We moved here last summer and wanted to update the original deck color to something slightly darker, and less red. Tim and his team did a beautiful job. Professional, communicative, clean, and the finished result looks amazing. Highly recommend!
TMC and its crew did an amazing job painting the full exterior of our home. We will definitely be looking to hire them in the future for other home projects!!

Just want to share that TMC Contracting just comoleted a total repainting of our home plus repair and refinishing our deck. We are extremely pleased and I highly recommend their services. (2-year warranty on their work) They were very professional, efficient, and completed our project in a week. His team leader Sergio Diaz was excellent. They worked consistently and totally cleaned up at the end of each day. I was skeptical about this company to begin with because I did not know anything about them; but, I now recommend them for your home project.
Tim Miller personally came to our property both before and after the project and made contact with us daily about the status of the job and the plans for the next day. Additionally, their bid for our job was very reasonable with no unexpected add-ons, etc.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a business owner that works with integrity and moral values. I do not price gouge and I charge only the fair market prices in the current market for the type of job I am working on. We have to calculate many costs within the pricing, such as materials, labor, etc. Each job will have its own specific requirements and fees, etc, so the pricing is calculated on a job by job basis individually. However, we do run specials and have discounts from time to time. Just give us a call and ask about our specials!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just scheduling a time to meet our homeowners And discussing the project first. I will then put an estimate together and then send a formal proposal by email or in person and after that if we reach an agreement we put our homeowners project on our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education starts from just being in the field for so long, working with many other skilled contractors who have shown me the proper way of doing things by taking the time to show, when you take the time to do things right, you do not have to worry about having to redo a job because you know you already did it right the first time!
This is a very important aspect, which many contractors today are not implementing, which is why many customers are having bad experiences with some contractors having to redo their jobs. Here at TMC Contracting, we ensure that all of our employees are trained to do things right the first time.
