- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is flexible and designed to accommodate various budgets and project scopes. The fees range from $100 per hour to project-based and retainer fees. For larger or long-term projects, we are open to discuss the possibility of special pricing or discounts. Every client's needs are unique, and we believe in tailoring our pricing to reflect this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding a new client begins with an initial consultation. We use this opportunity to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Following the consultation, we tailor a plan that employs a blend of strategies and techniques aligned with the client's objectives. The plan typically involves regular sessions, consistent communication, and feedback to ensure we are on track to achieve the defined goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Kansas Medical Center. I am licensed in 3 states to provide Clinical Social Work and Therapy Services as an independent practitioner. These, combined with my professional graduate-level training in qualitative research and analysis, equip me with the expertise to help individuals bridge the gap between holistic health and wellness. In addition, I am a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, MER®, and Hypnosis, which complements my traditional educational background.
