Chef Mark has been taking care of me for years now. He is innovative, creative, makes thoughtful plans and keeps every dish seasonal and interesting! One of my favorite dishes was his Carrots 3 ways. Never in my life would I imagine still wanting this dish 5 years later, but here I am! And his homemade pastas; simply to die for, a labor of love. I always look forward to having him in the kitchen!
