- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees will not be the lowest fees you see on Thumbtack. But we are very fair! The reason is simple. We have the highest quality booth in the industry. Some photo booths use curtains and cheap cameras and printers. We use THE BEST PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT in the industry. Don’t be misled into “cheap quotes” because in this industry you do @get what you pay for.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hand in hand with all of our clients. Our professional design specialists will create exactly what you want for your print template! We respond immediately to every question. You will have our private number to call or text us anytime of day or night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been professional portrait photographers for almost 20 years. Those areas of expertise has carried over to our photo booth division.
