FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After speaking with a prospective client, we generally submit a proposal detailing the overall costs. We work hard to meet or beat that estimate, and unless the project grows, we hold ourselves to that figure. We are also available on a monthly retainer basis for clients who need ongoing support or whose projects involve regular work, such as email newsletters. We work with our clients to set a monthly fee that balances their needs and budget, and we always leave that retainer open to change should their needs change.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't focus on cost. Set a budget first and then approach firms to see what they can deliver for that amount. You can always find someone to build a website for less money, but to a great degree you get what you pay for. You want to get the best website you can for what you can afford, rather than getting the cheapest product for the cheapest price. Also, it may make more sense for you to spend less upfront on your website and then invest in an ongoing email newsletter strategy or to use search engine marketing like Google Adwords. We can work with you to identify the best way to get the greatest impact from your budget.
