The web site looked great when he finished it. It was done in a timely manner. He has always been there and right on it when I call him about anything I need done. The only thing I think he could improve on would be a little more communication by phone.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system is mostly based around hours. But it also is based on which technologies I use int he project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I didn't really decide to get into web development, it rather chose me. I was working overseas for an organization and they needed someone who had a little knowledge working with computers. So I volunteered and what started out as helping out others with their personal computers turned into full server management and custom programming new websites for the organization.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most clients want online marketing, not just a website. They want potential customers to find them online. I don't just make websites, I do just that - make websites that will be found by your future customers.
