I had gotten water in my finished basement from all this rain. I had contacted Eric and he got back to me right away. He was able to come by to take a look and it, and it about 2 days (which i think is excellent) put down brand new tile in my whole basement. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. (And have been)
