- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to keep our pricing as competitive as possible! Every project is different and everybody's situation is different. We are a company that is not trying to get rich off every customer! We value referrals and believe that by doing a quality job at a fair price, current customers will send us future customers! We offer referral discounts!!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we prefer to meet with that customer if possible. With technology today it is easy to provide estimates without ever meeting a customer. We love being able to meet a customer and let them walk us through their vision of what they want!! Once we meet with the customer we do everything in our power to have a formal written estimate in their hands ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had years of on the job training as well as multiple hours of classroom training. With our industry constantly evolving we try and always stay up to date with the latest and greatest. That way we can always offer our customers the best!!
