- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i dont believe in standard pricing. No 2 jobs are the same and with standard pricing some contractors will take advantage of a job that only takes a few hours...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to their needs and if i cant help them then im upfront and try to find them someone i know that can and wont take advantage of them
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
a friend was short handed and asked if i could help....ended up love being able to help others in need of bringing their home nack to life!!!
