Over The Phone OR In-Person diagnosis: $30 Hardware Replacement/Installation: $35 PC Tune-Up (Remote): $35 Bluescreen Diagnosis (BSOD): $35 + parts (if required) Virus Removal: $40 Mail-In Service: $75 + parts (if needed, price includes shipping label from UPS). Custom PC Build (Desktop): Varies based on complexity + parts. Free estimate available. Monthly Assistance: $95/mo (Includes unlimited assistance with diagnosis on any supported number of systems, and reduces Mail-In price to the price of parts needed.)

Learning as much about the system's hardware as well as software will ensure I am able to properly diagnose or tune up the system.
