- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd like to have a discussion and work with you on a budget rather than be constrained to a fixed price. I am very efficient and logical and can come up with a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customer and see what they are looking for. Communicate the process and agree on what the deliverable is for an agreed upon price, based on their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Memphis College of Art with a BFA and have been working as a designer/design lead for over 25 years.
