Adrian and his crew were OUTSTANDING! They quickly got to work after a quick tour of what needed to be moved and were very careful with all my things (including the hard wood floors at the house)!
I had figured about 4 hours for the move and despite the loading taking a bit longer than I had anticipated (it's a real life version of TETRIS trying to load the truck! LOL)... the unload was super fast and efficient which made up the time perfectly - EXACTLY 4 hours!
I will definitely use Quality 1 again if I ever have the need and am actually recommending them to a friend who is moving around Thanksgiving! :)

The movers were really friendly and took super good care of my belongings. The price was fair and it helped so much having movers. We kinda felt weird just letting them know where to put stuff and not moving ourselves. But, I totally recommend them and will use them again!!

I got several calls from Tony letting me know the status of the move. They were on time, very polite, and moved all of my furniture without damage for less than the original quote. - I would recommend them to anyone that needs a mover.

Adrian and Milfred were outstanding movers. I was so thankful when they arrived with a positive attitude, because moving is hard and it was a hot day! They were extremely professional and willing to help guide me In driving my car off the tow ramp of the uHaul which is something i don’t think i could have done alone. They were also efficient in unloading, the entire move took around 2.5 hours with no freight elevator, just a passenger one and a small stairwell. I will definitely hire again when i need to move! Thanks for being so great guys!

Made about 10 calls at 9 pm cst to different companies on a Wednesday night. Adrian was the first to respond, and was the only one who responded the night of the call. He said he could have his men at my residence by 8 am, as I was in a bind and needed some heavy lifting done ASAP. They showed up right on time, and went above and beyond to get the job done. Not only that, but his rate was AT LEAST 50% cheaper than any other company I had quotes from. In short, Quality 1 Movers was the fastest, cheapest, and most responsive company I have dealt with since moving to the St. Louis area. They will not only be my company to use for all future moves, but will also be my recommendation to friends in the area. A+ rating overall.
