Over the years you accumulate a lot of "stuff," clothes that don't fit, a table leaf to a table long gone, drawers also filled with batteries and change. Lori can fix that and does an excellent job with a great care and professionalism. After she was finished, I've never been more comfortable in my own home. This is my first time hiring cleaning service and I was very satisfied with the results. I thought Lori was as responsive as I could have possibly asked for. I had forgotten to send my address to her, and that wasn’t a problem. When I called to confirm our appointment, at the time of our appointment, she kept our arrangements. She arrived slightly before me and that also wasn’t a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that she was walking towards the door with her bags when I pulled up. Quality for work was also impeccable. She worked quickly and made short work of the two rooms that I had asked her to clean. I will be doing a monthly appointment that might increase in frequency to every two weeks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. I’m fast and start with a clear plan. This in turns saves the client money. There are no hidden fees. You only pay for my time and any accessories that are approved by the client in order to organize efficiently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out sorting and purging. Whatever stays is what I organize. I organize in a way that is functional and cosmetically presentable. You will save time, money and overall eliminate stress of being unorganized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified and licensed. I’m a proud member of NAPO. I’m always reading and learning about organizing in today’s society, where everyone is busy and time moves faster than years ago.
