I am an out of state property owner. I was in need of a propertymanager that could process a move-out inspection within 2 days. Working with him, from across the country, to help me handle getting our property ready, inspected, repaired, and rented has been seamless! Hiro's experience and lightening speed is the BEST experience I have ever had getting a property rented. Hiro, totally understood that I could not fly back and forth to Missouri. I have had a fantastic experience working with Hiro! He manages 2 of our properties in St Louis. What I am most pleased about is his diligence around screening new tenants. He has a good vetting process (including checking references) and we have been happy with the tenants he found.

Hiro is a great PM. I trust him, and that is huge being an out of state owner. He goes above and beyond. There are things he does without having to ask. He is experienced and can anticipate the needs of the property, the owner, and the tenants. Hiro is worth his weight in gold! I have a big sense of relief knowing he is on the job. I highly recommend Hiro. I use Hiro to manage one of my properties and am extremely satisfied. I didn't want to pay top dollar for white-glove service and Hiro offered me the perfect combination of value and involvement that I desired. He has been extremely quick to respond whenever I have an inquiry. He was a huge help when making repairs between renters - handling everything with the contractors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $90 or 8% of monthly rent whichever higher and other applicable fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible would like to meet in person and go over our fees as well as a proposed rent. We can find a tenant fairly quick. Average lead time is 7-10 days to find a good tenant after your property is listed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended multiple training courses aimed for real estate agents and for investors.
