I am an out of state property owner. I was in need of a property manager that could process a move-out inspection within 2 days. I cannot say enough about Hiro Sato. He is amazing!!! Working with him, from across the country, to help me handle getting our property ready, inspected, repaired, and rented has been seamless! Hiro's experience and lightening speed is the BEST experience I have ever had getting a property rented. Hiro, totally understood that I could not fly back and forth to Missouri. I needed someone to take over completely and make it all happen. He did; and to a level of excellence and speed that I found amazing. This gentleman is a true Pro. Hiro has been amazing to work with. We are out of state property owner and Hiro went above and beyond for us. The house required a lot of TLC and not being able to fly out to take care of problems was stressful for us. Hiro was able to step in and take care of everything for us. He also got the house rented very fast. You can tell Hiro is an experience PM. He is very responsive. We've never had to ask him on the status, he would always beat us to it. We are very impressed with how Hiro has taken care of us and guided us through the process.

    A $90 or 7% of monthly rent whichever higher and other applicable fees. Summary is available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If possible would like to meet in person and go over our fees as well as a proposed rent. We can find a tenant fairly quick. Average lead time is 7-10 days to find a good tenant after a property is listed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Attended multiple training courses aimed for real estate agents and for investors.
