- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so no two jobs are priced the same. It all depends on what's involved and the amount of time it will take to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I start with a free tree consultation. I like to talk with a potential customer and see what they are trying to accomplish with the work. I then educate them on their tree and the best way of getting the job done. Then we talk about any concerns they may have and if they are happy with the estimate then we schedule a time frame for which the work will be completed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly reading articles to improve work efficiency and tree maintenance/health.
