Very quick response to my post, had contact within 8 hours even on New Year's Day, and they were flexible with their appointment times. Due to the holiday, we had a delay in getting a water heater for them to install because of closed stores in town, but Mike and Sam were very understanding and waited for us to go thirty minutes out of our way to get the water heater. Once we came back, Mike got right to work and he did a great job upgrading the connecting pipes and greatly simplified our shutoff valve from what it was before. He made sure to clear air from the hot water lines in the house when he was done, and when we had a supply hose that was clogged he cleared that out. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing, and he took the time to do a safe, thorough job. Very satisfied.

Sam came to my house at the agreed upon time. I had purchased three toilets from Home Depot that he was to install. Two of the toilets did not have the correct rough in size. He called Home Depot for me and made the corrections. He put the two back in my car for me and told me he was going to another job and to contact him after I got the correct toilets. Picked the two new ones up from Home Depot and called Sam back. He met me back at the house and proceeded to install all three. He cleaned up and not only put new bulbs in the bathroom but did so in the bedroom as well. Couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful, more professional plumber. I will certainly use him again.

I needed my water heater and sump pump checked out. These guys responded fast. Mike was sent out and was courteous and got right to work. We tested the sump pump, made sure it was in working order and he flushed the out the water heater tank twice (and even cleaned a bit of dust from the top. What a guy!)

Not complicated. We give a price and if We missed something the it's on us. Wouldn't be the first time We have walked away from a Job having learned a lesson. Lol.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My fathers mechanic business was in a small town. Things were changing on how we worked on cars. The technology of cars. I got a job offer from a local plumbing company for more than I was making. After I started I found that i liked to learn new things in the industry from day to day, and I seen a future in it. So I stayed with it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Changing out fixtures, water heaters. Cabling drains. Most importantly, diagnosing the problem as best as we can, taking the extra time to try to be spot on with our work
