Barbette is very knowledgeable about the available products and made me feel comfortable making decisions for purchasing of wood blinds. She also had great advice regarding other products and was willing to come up with alternatives for an idea that was not going to work perfectly in my situation. She was also very pleasant to work with. The blind installers were very professional and had the job completed in under 30 minutes so I could go about my day.
