Introduction

At Old Man’s Maintenance we take the time to explain exactly what will be accomplished for your project leaving no questions about what is to be done. We take our time to assure that the finished product is exactly what the customer wanted. I personally monitor the jobs to assure that my personal know what my customer wants. If we run into problems with unseen issues we always communicate with the customer prior to continuing, at the end of the job there are no surprise charges. Attention to detail and customer service sets us apart. As I always say give us a try you won't be disappointed.

Gary and his team worked diligently to finish my wood rot project, and there was alot of set backs as we opened up the outside layer of the house. Great prices on windows, with top notch install. The team was extremely easy going and personable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies with the market I try to stay in the middle range I wont be the cheapest bid and very seldom am I the highest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer, sit down and discuss what they want then I will help them understand the process for the job. I always offer my professional opinion to help the customer if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with several general contractors and learned the trade over years of doing. I surround myself with people I know i can trust to do the job. I guess you could say the school of hard knocks.
