Have used this company twice. Once to replace one wooden blind in our dining room. Then had them install cream colored roller window shades in 100 inch wide windows in 5 rooms. Excellent sales, customer service, and installation. Highly recommend.

Pricing is based on product selects (including options), and the window sizes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by learning more about their project, then we schedule an in home appointment for one of our Design Techs to meet with them, go over product options, and help them come up with a great solution. We then provide a quote right at that time, and process the order. Once their new window treatments arrive, we return and complete their installation in an efficient professional manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
