- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most common question is "how much will it costs" and it all depends on the situation. I sit down with the each client to discuss their legal needs, the attorney hours that may be involved and any possible payment plan needed. I prefer my clients be well informed with the costs of their legal services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a general practice and focus on Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, guardianships, etc), Business Law (formation, contracts, collections, litigation, etc.) Traffic Law (DUI/DWI, speeding, driving while revoked, etc.), Wills and Trusts, and other civil matters.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You need to meet with a lawyer before hiring them to insure both you and the lawyer will work well together.
