While there are cheaper floor cleaning services in the area; we are not only competitive with them on price but generally exceed them on quality and service. 1. Guaranteed Estimates--- We provide our customers with an estimate that is written in stone! The price we estimate is the price you pay unless YOU add to the estimated job. We will not nit pick your floors to gouge you and increase the cost of the job. Our simplistic pricing model allows for easily understood cost break down for our customers. 2. Customer Approved Quality--- We prefer our customers to be on hand when we do the job so that before we collect any payment or leave the job our customer has a chance to review our work first hand to ensure it is up to their expectations and quality. 3. The Process--- Our cleaning process is the same as the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) industry standard for floor care. While many flooring cleaners will leave behind water saturated carpets that take a long period to dry; we provide a final finish that has a 3-4 hour typical drying time. 4. Stain Removal--- I love stains!!! They are a challenge that I love to tackle. At your request we will work on many stains until they are gone. While I cannot guarantee I can get out every stain you have; I can guarantee I will give it 110% effort to remove them. Stains can only be set into carpets in two different versions of one way... both involve heat. Ambient heat from the sun or a heater is very common; the other is via chemical reaction from cleaners used in attempts to remove them. 5. Respect for YOUR Property--- We use corner guards to protect paint on walls and hose guides to protect your landscaping from potential damage out of respect for you, your home, and your property. We enjoy the diversity of our customers and the challenges their floors represent to us. Stains, pet accidents, and general cleanliness all represent their own challenge that we look forward too. We also like to see the look on our clients faces when they see the results of our efforts in cleaning their homes. I also enjoy the true one-on-one service I provide to my customers.
