I hired Sean to look at a 170 year old house for me. He was very professional, straightforward, easy to talk to, and realistic with his inspection. He was through but still performed everything in a timely manner and made the process as easy on my wife and I ask possible. The pricing was fair, and I knew what I was getting into before the inspection with no hidden fees. He went above and beyond to make sure this home would be a safe fit for my family. Very detailed and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional. He performed a solar inspection on a house I was under contract to purchase and talked me through all of the components. When problems were present, he spent additional time to troubleshoot what may be the cause. He also fit me into his schedule last minute to accommodate the inspection period timeline in my contract. Overall I was very happy with the technical and customer service. Highly recommend!

I hired Sean for a pre-drywall inspection on our new construction home and I can't recommend him highly enough.Sean was thorough, methodical, and clearly knows his craft. He identified a significant number of deficiencies across structural framing, fire safety, flashing, and more findings that would have been permanently hidden once drywall went up. The report itself is detailed and well-organized, with clear photos, severity ratings, and plain-language explanations for each item.What stood out most was the on-site walkthrough. Sean took the time to walk me through the home in person, point out each issue directly, and explain what he was seeing in terms I could actually understand. If you're not a contractor, homebuilder jargon can feel like a foreign language Sean was great at translating all of it into plain English without being condescending. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
flat rate pricing based on square footage only, radon and other services discounted if added to a complete home inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we schedule the inspection, I ask about any specific concerns they may have with the property and take note to follow up on those concerns during the inspection. Once scheduled, customers are sent a link to their client portal to sign the agreement and pay for the inspection. This must be completed prior to the inspection. I take care of scheduling logistics with the agents, perform the inspection, and provide the report within 24 hours.
