They were very kind and communicative, prompt and easy to work with in addition to everything else I checked off to describe this company. We had an emergency and they made arrangements to come out the same day. They are now the only electrical company we will work with from now on. They have out allegiance for what great customer service they provided.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Scott - from the time he showed up this experience was flawless - he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his craft inside and out - I had some complex electrical work that needed to be done in my home and he handled everything with the utmost professionalism and expertise - his attention to detail was phenomenal. The work itself was exceptional - he was clean, precise, and faster than I expected - he explained everything in simple terms - offered helpful suggestions to improve efficiency and safety, making sure everything was up to code which gave me complete peace of mind - he also made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving - it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. What stood out the most was his honesty and attention to detail - there were no surprise costs, no shortcuts, and no mess left behind - just top quality workmanship and genuine care for the customer - it's extremely rare to find tradespeople this dependable and trustworthy. If you need an electrician who delivers true excellence look no further than Scott - I'll definitely be using this company again for any future electrical needs - I have already recommended this company to friends and family.
