- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront flat-rate pricing—no surprises, no hidden fees. No contracts unless you're adding live monitoring. Discounts available for seniors, veterans, and multi-property installs. We also offer payment plans for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation—on-site or virtual—then provide a custom quote. Once approved, we schedule the install, set everything up, and train you on how to use it. We don’t leave until everything’s tested and you’re comfortable using your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in low-voltage wiring, network infrastructure, and IP-based security systems. We stay updated on the latest camera technologies and follow NEC guidelines. We also complete continuing education through industry vendors.
