We had three cameras installed. The job took one day, Rusty walked me though how to use the equipment (I am not tech savvy). No call centers, just one on one customer service.

When you make an appointment, you should be confident that you are able to keep it unless there is some unforeseen emergency. Not just because you decided to go on a vacation on the same day as the appointment you made less than 24 prior.

Additionally, it took several days for you to respond after I initially reached out, which made scheduling difficult. For clarity, I don’t service Ring or other DIY systems, and I do my best to make that clear up front to avoid wasting anyone’s time. We offer upfront flat-rate pricing—no surprises, no hidden fees. No contracts unless you're adding live monitoring. Discounts available for seniors, veterans, and multi-property installs. We also offer payment plans for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation—on-site or virtual—then provide a custom quote. Once approved, we schedule the install, set everything up, and train you on how to use it. We don’t leave until everything’s tested and you’re comfortable using your system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in low-voltage wiring, network infrastructure, and IP-based security systems. We stay updated on the latest camera technologies and follow NEC guidelines. We also complete continuing education through industry vendors.
