- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we charge a basic rate per pickup load for junk removal, all of our prices are negotiable. We offer free quotes to look at your project and then will settle on a price that works best for us and for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the project with the new customer to find out exactly what they are looking for. We discuss options that are available to them and suggest solutions to problems they may have with cost or other areas and try to answer any questions they may have to the best of our ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years on the job training. We also work for many national property management companies, realtors, lawyers, banks, and other property professionals who have given us instruction on cleaning houses and removing debris. We have participated in HUD training and online training through various National Property Preservation Companies.
