Nate showed up on time ready to go to work. He had to deal with a four year buildup of leaves, sweetgum balls and dirt in my gutters. He cleaned out twenty gallons of debris and meticulously power washed the gutters. He also installed a hanger bracket where my gutter was sagging. I will definitely be a repeat customer as he could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you need your gutters cleaned or power washing of any kind he would be an excellent choice for you!

I contacted Nathan on Thursday July 25 concerning my project. Doing the course of the conversation, I stated that I had a project that needed to be done ASAP. Nathan worked me in for the very next afternoon and I was so thankful. He was so personable on the phone and based on our conversation I did not feel the need to call any other companies. When he arrived that Friday afternoon I thought he would have another worker with him. But he stated that it was just him. He retreated his equipment and immediately began working. When he completed the job I was amazed at how great my gutters and roof looked. He did an awesome job. My roof actually looks brand new. I will definitely be using this company again . I have already recommended this company to others. If you want the best of the best i.e. the creme dela creme then Pro Power Wash is the company to call. Kudos and thank you for a job well done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on bundled services, if performed on the same visit. Ex. Gutter cleaning and power washing on the same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always greet them kindly and briefly walk them through my process, explaining how it should look when I am finished. In my process, I walk around the house first to locate any problem areas and make sure all windows and doors are closed. I then hook my water hose to an outside spigot, set up my power washer and go to work! When finished, I walk around the house with the customer to make sure it has met and exceeded their expectations!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked largely with individuals prepping homes to sell or rent. Also, many home owners like to have their home cleaned in the spring and fall to remove grime from the previous season.
