CCM Construction LLC did an outstanding job installing our bamboo flooring. Very professional, Dennis was very polite, up front and honest. He wasted no time in completing the floor in one day. No surprises with this guy. I will call upon CCM for further improvements. Happy wife happy home.

Dennis was very reasonably priced and very friendly. He was honest with his quote and was receptive when the city inspector gave his list of violations. My HOA required a city inspection for the deck work done. While Dennis was very friendly, he was not well versed in city building codes and there was an extensive list of problems with our stair addition. Some of the materials used were subpar. One of the 6X6 posts was badly warped and twisted. There were some other instances of cutting corners (literally). There are also some questionable design decisions that had to be replaced by a different contractor. Overall, Dennis is a very nice guy, and I'm sure he does a great job on smaller projects, but I would not hire him again for my deck work.

Details: Remodel or renovation of existing deck or porch • Medium (150 - 300 sq ft) • Wood • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Residential

CCM Construction LLC's reply
Joshua, I am very sorry you feel this way. I Always go out of my way to please every customer. We corrected every issues that the HOA requested. I always inform my customers that treated wood is unpredictable. We hand pick all our lumbar, but sometimes the straightest treated board can twist. I encourage cedar. The lumberyard will not warranty treated would once it's built. I have a 100 mile radius I work, no problem with any other HOA. After 28 years building homes and remodeling, you can not please everyone, although we try.
