Eric listened to our ideas of what we wanted in a non-traditional deck and helped us design it out, even creating some renderings of what the finished product would look like. Once started, they finished the project WAY faster than I anticipated and it is practically flawless! And it's *exactly* what we wanted. We are over the moon happy with his work. Hire Eric, you won't be disappointed!

We needed the wood trim replaced on two dormers on our high, steep roof. We asked for a quote on Monday. Eric gave us multiple options at a very reasonable rate. We chose to replace the wood trim with aluminum. He began work Tuesday morning and completed the task that same afternoon. Looks fantastic, and site was well cleaned after the job was done. We will definitely use Eric next time we need a contractor.

I paid 50% down and he came out once and marked out the project on the ground. Work was to start in a couple of days depending on weather. It's been a week and a half since then, and no evidence of work - Mo One Call has not even been called to come out ( discussed). I have placed multiple calls to him over the last 4 days to check the status of the project. All calls go to voicemail, no response on email. I am afraid I am being ripped off! I am also unhappy with Thumbtack, since it seems to offer no way to contact the contractor and no option to report a problem with an incomplete job - other than a bad rating, which I am forced to do as it is my only viable contact. Doing business with someone who doesn't give you a street address may be a big problem.

second post: Eric did come out, just about when I was getting impatient and seeing other similar posts...will see about the quality of the work and post again. I pointed out to him that he needed to return his calls, and he checked and realized that he had not returned a call from me earlier today. So far this is the only problem I have had.
