Recent Project: Complete bathroom remodel including replacement of a bathtub with a walk-in shower, new flooring, wall repainting, installation of a new exhaust fan with light, and toilet replacement. During the renovation, hidden moisture damage was discovered due to an old roof leak. Despite extreme cold weather and tight deadlines, we safely opened exterior walls, replaced damaged structural elements and insulation, and fully restored the siding and exterior finishes. The additional work was completed with minimal extra cost and no delay to the schedule. The client was very pleased with the quality, efficiency, and professionalism, and the project was delivered on time, fully functional, and ready for use.
